Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) EMDR is a specialized therapy designed to help process traumas, difficult experiences, pain, and anxiety. Clinical Hypnotherapy and Mindfulness Meditation Clinical hypnotherapy and mindfulness meditation access the ability of the nervous system to calm deeply, giving access to heal the subconscious mind. Practice of these therapies helps improve anxiety, depression, stress, and body conditions like chronic pain and IBS. |

Association of Clinical Counsellors. Direct billing provided for Insurance Corporation of B.C. (ICBC), Green Shield Canada, SSQ Insurance, MÉDIC Construction, Medavie Blue Cross, and Green Shield Canada. |
